Michael T. Clarkston brings over two decades of experience in theatrical production and nonprofit management. As Director of Development, he leads the Foundation's fundraising strategy, donor relations, and community partnerships — ensuring every dollar raised directly expands access to the arts for underserved young people.

Immpana Srri is a passionate advocate for community transformation through creative expression. With a background spanning education technology and nonprofit strategy, she brings a data-driven approach to expanding arts access and measuring program impact across underserved communities.

Jim Friedlander provides strategic counsel to the Board, drawing on his extensive experience in financial services and philanthropic leadership. His commitment to equitable investment guides the Foundation's long-term financial sustainability and mission-aligned growth.

Stephanie Rosenberg is an award-winning producer with a deep commitment to arts education and mentorship. She has championed numerous initiatives that bridge Broadway talent with public school classrooms, and brings that same passion to the N'Kenge Foundation's educational programming.

Anzhelika Steen-Olsen is dedicated to fostering inclusivity in the arts. With expertise in organizational development and DEI strategy, she champions programs that center BIPOC voices and ensure that the Foundation's culture of belonging extends from the stage to the boardroom.
